• Passport fees, immunization costs, city taxes at the hotel and local departure taxes (wherever applicable)
• Optional enhancements like room or flight upgrades, or local camera or video fees Additional sightseeing, activities and experiences outside of the itinerary
• Early check-in or late check-out from hotels (unless otherwise specified)
• Breakfast, lunches, dinners and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), unless specified in the itinerary Any international and/or domestic flights, unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion
• Excess baggage charges, and where applicable, baggage not included in your fare Tips for services and experiences

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

• 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost


• 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost


• 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy 

Terms & Conditions

• Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 50,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
• Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 55,000 per person needs to be paid.
• For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 85,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
• Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
• Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
• In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
• International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
• It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
• Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 15. In case the group strength falls below 15, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
• We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
