• 2 Fresh unused Photographs of 2 X 2 inches , white background and with matt finish.
• Covering Letter addressed to The VISA Officer, Embassy of Japan with stamp and sign as per passport & mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause.
• Original updated personal bank statement for last 06 months with bank seal and signature.
• Personal Income Tax Return for Last 02 years.
• Air ticket.
• Hotel confirmation / vouchers.
• Day to day tour itinerary.
• Contact number and email ID of applicant.
